One thing I have loved for the last year or so is a great pair of vintage looking straight leg jeans. Now the pair that I’m featuring today is not actually vintage, so you can actually purchase your own pair, but they have a vintage look and feel. My washed black straight leg jeans are from Topshop and I’ve shared them in a few previous posts. I think they are the perfect extra long straight leg jean! Most straight leg jeans are ankle length or cropped, so I loved that these had the extra length. Keep on reading to see how I styled these jeans! Everything will be linked as long as it is still available, or I will try to find something similar!
This first outfit is work appropriate, but can easily be transformed into a more casual look by taking off the brown corduroy blazer. I paired a plain white turtleneck tee underneath for an extra layer and my favorite black heels from Naturalizer. I love this look because it’s versatile, but still put together. It looks really chic, in my opinion.
This second look is the most casual and I actually wore this out to dinner a few weeks ago! I’ve shared this cardigan a few times already, but it’s from Target and I love the pretty muted teal blue color. I tucked it in the my jeans to add some shape and wore the same black heels. I would even wear this to go out with friends on a Friday night if I wanted to be comfortable and casual!
This one is my favorite and probably the coziest out of all of them. I took the same white turtleneck from the first outfit and layered it under this forest green alpaca and wool blend sweater from & Other Stories. The sweater is super warm and the turtleneck gives even more warmth. I paired it with the same black heels because I love the way they look with the volume of the jeans and also the volume on top from the sweater. This would be great for a casual look for work or lunch on the weekends!
